Hey folks :) I hope you’re having a great day so far! Welcome back to what’s for tea, and I hope I find you all very well. Tonight for tea, I made chicken in the slow cooker….and I thought I’d show you how I done it :) I’ve shown you the rub that I use, but please feel free to use whatever herbs and spices you enjoy. This was absolutely wonderful and fall apart tender and seriously juicy! The stock which the chicken leaves behind makes a wonderful gravy. I’ve listed everything I used below…in case you want to give it a go for yourself.
