Croatia: From Turquoise Lakes to Red Bridge and the Music of the Sea My Balkan journey continues. In this video, I explore the heart of Croatia — from the lush forests of Plitvice to the sun-drenched promenades of Zadar. Plitvice Lakes National Park: Walking along wooden piers, taking a ferry across the deepest lake, Kozjak, and exploring the quiet corners of Lake Gradinsko. Maslenica Bridge: A stop at one of Croatia’s most striking landmarks on the way to Zadar. Its bright red silhouette over the Adriatic, set against the rugged grey cliffs, is a sight well worth stopping for. Zadar: A city where ancient Roman ruins stand side-by-side with modern art. Greeting to the Sun: An installation by the same architect (Nikola Bašić) that "charges up" during the day to put on a magical light show in the evening. The Sea Organ: Listening to the meditative music created by the waves themselves as they flow through a system of pipes beneath the marble steps.
