It will feature 13 structures, with the first building being a 7618 square meter/82,000 square foot commercial building. This infrastructure is intended to handle the volume of cross-border traffic efficiently. Construction Progress: Construction activities for the U.S. POE have included significant groundwork like utility work, backfilling, and soil surcharge to prepare for the buildings and roadways. By 2021, construction of the first buildings was well underway, with concrete footings for the commercial building laid out.
