Repairing a Bosch Neff or Siemens washing machine that is not draining or emptying if your clothes are still wet and the machine has not done a spin, you may have an error code F18 or on some occasions, F03 these are all pump related meaning the machine has not emptied in the allocated period of time changing a pump is not a hard job.
