Our first time sharing Iftar with local Malaysians in Merdeka Square! After a few comments from our previous video gave us a hint toward Iftar being held at Merdeka Square, we thought we should go and see if we could join in. Not knowing much else other than that it was on the weekends (we almost went on a weekday also, but that's another story...) we headed over and were blown away as always by the hospitality. So many people were smiling, waving, facetiming with us and it was such a nice atmosphere. We met three lovely people, Hanani, Fitri and Aiysha, who invited us to sit with them and share Iftar. We spent a couple of hours chatting and learning more about each other. It was such a wholesome evening and we feel like we've genuinely made some new friends.
