Welcome to DTW, the busiest airport in the state of Michigan. Metro Airport is the second largest hub for Delta Air Lines, and serves as the airline's primary gateway to Asia for the Eastern United States. The airport has 6 runways, but primarily uses its four parallel runways for operations, with the two crosswind runways being used only in high wind operations. This video focuses on both arrivals and departures of the larger aircraft seen at DTW on a regular basis.
