This is the first time I took the passanger lifts in Ratu Plaza (which I never knew was there until this year when I watched IDLift3000's video of it). They were awesome. I also retook the service lifts which has not changed at all since I visited it last time. The mall itself looks a little bit refurbished though. I think both lifts are two speed (full speed and levelling), and have relay control. Not sure though. The passanger lift has a bell chime. The passanger lifts have really nice touch sensitive buttons that I have never seen. Location: Ratu Plaza, Jl. Jendral Sudirman, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat
