The Pineapple Pickled Pork is most certainly one of my favourite Christmas Dinner meals. It's just like a baked hot pineapple ham with crackling! It's too good not to try. With only two ingredients, this is a super easy meal that does not require hours of preparation, but is fit for a special occasion. Best of all, should there be any leftovers, slice up your pineapple ham and slap it on a sandwich. Whilst I am baking this roast in the camp oven, it can also be cooked in your oven at home of course. This video was aired on Channel 7Mate.
