Aegis Legend by Geekvape battery door malfunction

I bought the geekvape Aegis Legend from eightvape & right away had a problem with the battery door. It was very hard to open & close. I tried multiple batteries & still I had the same problem. I had to get my brother to close it most of the time or when I could I hurt my fingers so bad & even got a callous on my thumb. I shouldn't have to have a man around to open or close my mod to change the batteries. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem. This video was made for proof to get a replacement from eightvape. I emailed them this video several times & they say they never got it. So my brother said to upload it to youtube & send them a link. I'll comment on how this turns out, if they actually fix this issue.
