SO finally, this is part two of our 2022 trip to Puerto Rico where we dive deep into the history of Old San Juan and it's fortresses (Castillo San Felipe del Morro & Castillo San Cristobal). We also explore the historic city and eat some of the most incredible Puerto Rican Food at the Luquillo Kiosks about 40 minutes East of San Juan. Who knew that the oldest Hotel in all of the Americas was located in its historic district!? And we actually got the chance to stay at the highly coveted Hotel El Convento right in the heart of the Caribbean. Couldn't have been more perfect!
