We updated the install and tweak guide according to the recent customers' feedback. (Old version • Video guide to use Globular Cluster CMP2 c... ) Please follow closely to avoid breaking anything. Especially during the step of uninstalling/re-aligning the CMP2 forehead adapter. Incorrect uninstall(pull directly and brutally) way will get some clips/holes worn and the forehead adapter keep popping out Strongly recommend using the top strap and letting the headset weight rest on the top strap. A big plus for weight distribution and stability. At the back of the rear adapter, there are 2 install heights, big/high nose users suggest choosing the lower install height. It can make the headset tilt more and increase the gap between the nose and the lens frame. (If you still get lens frame press on the nose, try pulling the visor far a bit from your face through the round button on the top-right corner of PSVR2) Still have questions?
