Tommy and Tyrone at Lions Foundation Walk for Dog Guides, May 25, 2025 Kanata-Stittsville 

Tommy and Tyrone raised $1625 and were the top individual fundraisers at the Kanata-Stittsville Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides Pet Valu Walk for Dog Guides 2025! Thank you to Tommy's donors- Krista Schaeffer, Barbara Schultz DesBrisay and Jack, Courtney Crissey Bierly, Meghan Walder, Sharon Douglas, Cynthia and Charles, Walter, Dave Beedell, Corinne, Lynn, John Forrest, your donations will change lives for the better ❤️And a huge thank you to Tom Feltmate and all the volunteers of the Kanata-Hazeldean Lions Club who work so hard every year to run this amazing event! You do a great job, and this was the 40th anniversary- good job since 1985! We are so very grateful to all of Tommy's friends and family who have supported Dog Guides over the past years, and continue to support Dog Guides as they do their wonderful work to help those with disabilities to gain better quality of life. Our goal is to continue to help support Dog Guides so they may help others like Tommy, making their lives so much better every day. Tyrone is a true blessing in Tommy's life. He brings so many incredible gifts that improve Tommy's life and has been a huge support every day since he was placed with Tommy in 2019. Adel was also such a wonderful Dog Guide, who also changed Tommy's life every day for the better as she worked with him from January 2011 to her passing in December 2019. Tommy is so proud to go everywhere with Tyrone at his side, and so comforted by his presence in his daily life every moment of the day and night.
