Interview with international FIBA basketball referee, Elisha Ullith from Bluefields, Costa Caribe of Nicaragua, who shares stories about her journey in the sport of basketball, from playing mini basketball in national and Central American school games (CODICADER) at the primary level to graduating from secondary school in youth basketball, completing a full circle until becoming an international referee in the life cycle of the wonderful world of this sport. Currently, Elisha is the first female referee from Nicaragua to obtain the FIBA international referee license. She is also the youngest to achieve it, the first female of the Creole ethnicity to do so, and the first female from Bluefields, Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua to accomplish such merits and recognition in the field of refereeing in our beautiful country. She also offers words of encouragement and motivation to all women who love to play and practice basketball women's basketball nowadays is experiencing greater prominence and growth in various countries, both in Nicaragua and around the world. This growth is very striking and becomes an attractive feature that creates a range of opportunities for children and youth, in which women have multiple options and can get involved either as players, coaches, technical directors, referees, table officials, event organizers for this sport, statisticians, sports reporters, physical trainers, sports directors, etc. Entrevista con arbitra internacional de baloncesto FIBA, Elisha Ullith de Bluefields, Costa Caribe de Nicaragua nos comparte relatos sobre su trayecto en la disciplina deportiva del baloncesto desde jugadora de minibalonocesto en los juegos escolares nacionales y centroamericanos CODICADER nivel primaria hasta egresar del nivel secundaria en baloncesto juvenil abarcando un circulo completo hasta llegar a ser arbitra internacional en el ciclo de la vida del maravilloso mundo de dicho deporte, Actualmente Elisha es la primer arbitra femenina de Nicaragua en lograr obtener la licencia FIBA de arbitra internacional, asimismo es la mas joven en lograrlo, es la primer femina de la etnia Creole en lograrlo y la primer femina de Bluefields, Costa Caribe de Nicaragua que ha logrado adjudicarse tales meritos en el campo del arbitraje de nuestra bella Nicaragua Asimismo nos brinda palabras de animo y motivacion a todas las feminas que practican y juegan baloncesto indicando que el baloncesto femenino hoy en dia tiene un mayor auge y crecimiento en diversos paises tanto en Nicaragua como alrededor del mundo. Este crecimiento llama mucho la atencion y se convierte en un atractivo que crea un abanico de oportunidades para la niñez y la juventud en el que las feminas cuentan con multiples opciones y pueden incursionar ya sea como jugadoras, entrenadoras, directoras tecnicas o coaches, arbitras, oficiales de mesa, organizadores de eventos de esta disciplina deportiva, estadigrafas, cronistas deportivos, preparador fisico, director deportivo, etc.
