No Bake Rasmalai Cake Ingredients For Paneer batter( you can use 1 cup of cottage cheese too if you don’t want to make paneer at home) Milk 1 litre Vinegar 3 tablespoons Ice cold water 2 cups Semolina 1 tablespoon Corn flour 1 teaspoon Powdered sugar 3 tablespoons Green cardamom powder ¼ teaspoon or 4 pods Milk powder 1 cup For milk soak Milk ½ litre Condensed milk ¼ cup(you can use khoya/barfi as a replacement) Milk powder 1 cup Green cardamom powder ¼ teaspoon or 4 pods For layering Sweet bread slices 6 Method Boil 1 litre milk until rolling boil Add vinegar and let it curdle without stirring Once fully curdled strain it and wash with ice cold water Rest it in strainer for 20 minutes Transfer paneer to a bowl Add semolina corn flour powdered sugar cardamom and milk powder Mix into a smooth batter Steam for 10 minutes until fully cooked Let it cool and remove cardamom pods if used In another pan add ½ litre milk condensed milk milk powder and cardamom Cook until it starts boiling and thickens slightly Turn off heat and let it cool Assembly Layer sweet bread in a dish Spread paneer batter on top Cover with another layer of bread Pour milk soak generously on top Rest in fridge for 1 hour Serve chilled Garnish with nuts if you like Rasmalai cake recipe No bake rasmalai cake Rasmalai without rasmalai Indian fusion dessert Pakistani dessert recipe Milk cake recipe Bread rasmalai cake Eid special dessert Ramadan dessert recipe Easy chilled dessert Milk based sweets No oven dessert recipe #RasmalaiCake #DesiFusionDessert #NoBakeDessert #ramadanrecipes
