Easy DIY VW Baja Exhaust Modifications. Saving Ear Drums! Sickxty Volksrod Baja Franken Build - 63

The Tri-Mil Sidewinder exhaust system with the side exit sounds great but is louder than a regular stinger exhaust and is making the neighbors mad. Not to mention it's killing my ear drums. So we are adding a Thrush turbo muffler along with some mandrel bent tubing for good flow and performance from the 2054cc engine. This is as easy as cutting the exhaust stinger down, cutting some pipe and doing some welding. I also went to the local auto parts store and rented a exhaust tube flaring tool to assist with this project. Thank you for watching.
