Barre Fight is a fun 30 minute workout combining exercises from both barre and kickboxing! Get the lengthening and toning benefits from barre and the cardio and strength benefits from kickboxing in one full body workout. Hand weights are optional. If you use them please make sure they are light weight dumbbells. I’m using two pounds in this video. Have a chair ready to use as your barre for balance for some of the standing cardio moves. Grab your mat as well as will finish the workout sitting on the floor for some more arm toning, abdominals and stretching. As always, please go at your own pace.
