Happy Cooking and Bon Appétit! Recipe: Equipment: Large mixing bowl, Whisk, Pan, Ladle, Spatula. Ingredients: FOR THE CRÊPE BATTER 125 Grams (1 cup) All-Purpose Flour 2 Eggs 250 Milliliters (8.46 floz) Milk 30 Grams (1 oz) Sugar 1 pinch Salt 30 Grams (1 oz) Butter (melted) Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, make a well in your flour and add the beaten eggs, and whisk together. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and melted butter; beat until smooth. Let rest, covered, in the refrigerator for about 1-hour or more. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. After greasing, pour one scoop of the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. #CrepeRecipe #ParisCookingClass #FrenchCuisine #CookingInParis #LearnToCook #FrenchCooking #ParisFoodTour #FoodieInParis #FrenchPastries #CrepeMasterclass #AuthenticFrenchFood
