Welcome to our presentation on congenital heart disease, or CHD, and its impact on fitness and well-being. Our research reveals that individuals with CHD experience a faster decline in fitness compared to those without the condition, which can significantly lower their quality of life. We propose an early hybrid cardiac rehabilitation program aimed at enhancing health and happiness for those living with CHD. Our study delves into the challenges faced by individuals with CHD in maintaining their fitness levels. We found that their fitness declines more rapidly than in the general population, adversely affecting their quality of life. Our goal is to demonstrate how an early hybrid cardiac rehabilitation program can improve their health and overall life satisfaction. We are dedicated to improving the lives of those with CHD. Our findings indicate that individuals with this condition experience a quicker decline in fitness, which impacts their quality of life. We believe that implementing an early hybrid cardiac rehabilitation program can lead to significant improvements in their health and well-being.This section summarizes the key components and outcomes of our cardiac rehabilitation program. It outlines both centre-based and home-based rehabilitation approaches, detailing the structure, participant engagement, and safety outcomes. The data shows high adherence and motivation among participants, with minimal adverse events reported, indicating the program's effectiveness and safety.
