Cochran Farm - Turkey Mountain Road The poultry and fruit farm of MB Cochran, 8 miles southeast of Tulsa on Turkey Mountain Road. The farm is thoroughly modern and fully equipped. Phillips Farm - 7 miles west of Tulsa on us highway 64 The Phillips Farm, owned by Mrs. Howard Phillips Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Operated by Wendell Phillips her son. Farm had 1500 acres with 900 acres in the Arkansas river bottoms. Balance of the land is upland and pasture. Principal crops are alfalfa, hay, barley, cotton and corn. Located 7 miles west of Tulsa on us highway 64. near Sand Springs. Hilltop Stud Farms - 71st & Sheridan Breeder of registered percheron, jack and saddle horses, located at 71st and Sheridan road, and the ranch 12 miles east of broken arrow on the verdigris river.
