Returning Home - Life in Highbury and Islington

in this video I take a walk through the streets I grew up on in Highbury, North London. A proper nostalgic wander around the area that shaped my early yesrs, right by Arsenal Stadium – I actually lived opposite the old North Bank terrace. I try to paint a picture of what it felt like growing up here in inner London, with a huge football club as your direct neighbour. Match days, the noise, the energy, and how you only realise later in life how mad it all was because back then it was just home. Along the way I share a few stories and some thoughts on life growing up here, and as always I end up admiring the buildings. I manage to get inside the old Arsenal Stadium and have a look around the Marble Halls and old ground Oh, and there is LOTS of talking 😆 Thanks for coming along.
