Lawyers for an incapacitated woman who was raped and later gave birth at a Phoenix long-term care facility say she was sexually assaulted multiple times and may have been impregnated before. A notice of claim filed against the state of Arizona, which is a precursor to a lawsuit, alleges the 29-year-old woman was 'violently and repeatedly raped' before she gave birth at Hacienda Healthcare in December.
