Cinema as an integrated art form, I have tried to learn every aspect of itand practical not theoretical and since I call myself a filmmaker.Its very essential that I know what filmmaking is right from the conception stage to the editing stage,to the release and distribution, publicity, all these aspects. I am a kind of a explorer. I am a student basically. I was, I am and I will remain always. When I do something then I want to probe into it. I want to search and I find myself deficient in any aspect of cinema or filmmaking then I want to study it a little more. First I studied theoretically then if possible practically. Therefore, when people ask me why do you act, I ask them why don't you ask me why do I edit,why do I write my screenplay, why do I write my dialogue, why do I write my stories... because I find this a totality if I could I would also sing in my films and compose my own music which somewhere vaguely I do because I give a very complete picture of of what I want to all my technicians,to my music directors, to my lyric writers, to my art directors, who ever is working with me knows that I am not vague about anything. I may not be able to clearly define what I want but 90% of it. I can tell them what I want, since they are the specialist. They give me something more then I want...
