[DDR WORLD] Hit Show Heroes (ESP-16) PFC + World Record (2nd PFC in the world!)

Score from February 12th, 2026 Been a while since I uploaded a video, huh. Well, I've still been pretty busy, so I still don't have as much time to upload videos to YouTube these days. However, this new PFC score was so hype, plus it was on a newly released banger in DDR that currently has very few videos of it online, so I just had to upload it right away. When I heard TAN1CHU made his 1st DDR song w/ the new World League that just started and saw that really sick jacket, I knew I just had to play it as soon as possible. For once in quite a long time, I managed to unlock the song Day 1, and then I went to work on PFCing the ESP. I managed to get it 7th try that became both the 2nd PFC in the world and the current world record as of the time of this upload. I didn't expect I'd PFC it that soon tbh, nor did I expect to beat the initial PFC WR either. This chart is a lot trickier than it looks. Those odd rhythms and those unexpected brief slowdowns are one challenge, but then there is the ending. That drill is WAY harder than it looks and is a nasty PFC killer too. It wrecked me the first few plays. I eventually used Mirror for it because it makes the drill start on the up arrow & the right foot, so it became easier that way. Even then, it is still hard because it's both long and fast (190 BPM). In fact, the drill costed me that sub-30p MA when I PFCd it that run. Despite it, I was still pretty happy to finally conquer the PFC AND still get the new World Record from it, so it all worked out! Getting this score on such a cool song made it feel even more satisfying. TAN1CHU really knocked it out of the park with this song! Absolutely love it! I'm sure I'll revisit this song often. Next upload will come down to when I have time and anything hype that just suddenly comes up, so we'll see.
