Learn how to build an underground parking garage in Cities: Skylines 2. I've been building A LOT of underground parking garages in my current city. My goal has been to avoid surface lots and reduce on‑street parking. I think I found a pretty good solution while still making some of the city's infrastructure beautiful. A while back, a viewer on my stream pointed out that I could use parking roads as tunnels (thanks Ortali). Ever since then, I've found new ways to incorporate them into my build. In this short guide, I'll show you how I build underground parking lots, and explain why I think it can at least provide a few extra options while you build and detail your own cities.
