Add garlic, cook for 1 minute or until garlic is fragrant on medium heat. Add vodka and simmer for 10 minutes stirring frequently. Add tomato sauce, sugar, pepper flakes and Italian seasoning and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add cream and parmesan cheese, bring to a boil and then simmer for another 20-30 minutes. Meatball Recipe - Preheat oven to 350 degrees Ingredients 1lb ground beef 1 small onion diced 1/2t italian seasoning 1t oregano 1t crushed red pepper flakes Pinch of sea salt 1/2C ricotta cheese 1/2C parmesan cheese 1/2C breadcrumbs 2T Worcester Sauce dash of hot sauce to taste (I used franks hot) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form in to 4 large balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
