Dorset and Devon Coast Path Backpack Part 1 4K

Join me on another amazing backpack along the coast of Dorset and Devon, this time for 4 days. This is my second backpacking trip of 2024, after a 5 year hiatus following my ankle arthritis really starting to take hold. The treatment that I have been self administering has improved my situation sufficiently for me to extend my backpacking at least for the time being 😀 This video, Part 1, covers the first two days - Day 1 takes me 14.1 miles from Dorchester to Puncknole where I camp overnight, and Day 2 takes me 10.3 miles from Puncknole to Seatown for my second camp. Both days were truly amazing and it was just incredible to be out with my tent yet again! Part 2, covering Day 3 and Day 4 will follow next week and will take me on to Beer Head in Devon where I again camp overnight before turning inland on Day 4 to reach my final destination at Axminster where I pick up the train home.
