FIRST TIME TRYING ROMANIAN FOOD in SIBIU, Romania! Dishes you HAVE to try in TRANSYLVANIA

Welcome to our Romanian Food Tour! Trying traditional and popular Romanian dishes in the beautiful town of Sibiu. We start off with a home cooked BREAKFAST at our Airbnb, followed by salted-cheese GORGOSI (fried dough with a sweet or savoury filling). Lunch was CIORBA DE BURTA (tripe soup) and SUPA DE GALUSTI (chicken noodle soup with semolina dumplings). For dinner we went to a lovely traditional Romanian restaurant called Crama Sibiul Vechi and had SARMALE (stuffed cabbage rolls) and MAMAGLIA (polenta), TOCHITURA (pork stew with egg), SALATE DE VINETE (eggplant dip) and PAPANASI (donut/dumplings with sour cream & berry jam). We finish the video with a classic (and also not-so-classic) ROM chocolate and icecream mashup. We hope you enjoy the vlog and thanks as always for watching.
