This is a short teaser tutorial.As the teaser is quite hard to do, we will break it down for you. Susanna Foustok Susanna has been teaching Pilates over a decade. She initially studied the method in Oxford with Stott Pilates, where she completed their Full Advanced level certification. After years of teaching the contemporary Stott Pilates, she ventured into the classical work and got hooked. In her quest to deepen the knowledge of the original work, she travels extensively to learn from the original students of Joseph Pilates and world’s leading classical teachers. She is currently doing the Work under Jay Grimes, 1st generation teacher.
