Today I’m celebrating 4 years sober. I got sober at 19, and now at 23 I’m reflecting on what sobriety has actually looked like — the good, the hard, and the parts nobody talks about. Sobriety didn’t magically fix my life. It forced me to face myself. Over the last year especially, I’ve had to confront fear, let go of old identities, and learn how to live honestly. Through that process I found faith, purpose, and a version of myself I didn’t know existed. This episode of In Between the Lines is about the deeper side of recovery — the identity shift that happens when you stop numbing yourself and start living fully present. If you’re in your 20s, questioning your habits, or trying to break patterns around drinking, drugs, or self-destructive behavior, this conversation is for you. Life is too short to stay stuck in the same cycles. There is another life waiting for you. / inbetwee_lines
