Los Angeles to Seattle 2: Breaking My Own Record

I love this drive. Just enough auto pilot and just enough eye candy. Nice rewards and over too soon. A relaxing drive from icon to icon and the freedom highways. My philosophy for race creation keeps evolving, but currently I am sitting at the philosophy of very little checkpoints, very wide checkpoints placed in positions that try to hide them- because I just don't want to obstruct the drive with goal posts, and still using 'favor and forgiveness' by placing checkpoints in attainable straightaways, not forcing you to make a u-turn if you cut a corner etc. And always working on that ambience. I try to use dynamic weather because I like the unpredictable atmosphere with each run. But there are races where I control the weather and time of day, along with the direction of travel obviously, but to give you the emotion I have while driving this road. And of course, those approach shots, like finding that one road that leads to a capitol building or a city skyline or a bridge, etc. As a real life photographer, I have driven to many of these locations and photographed them, and The Crew 2 gives me a chance to relive those moments and share them.
