In a vacuum the 500e sounds like a pragmatist's dream: it's efficient, easy to park, has enough range for 99% of your daily driving and consumed less than half of the battery resources that many EVs do. So what's the problem? Well, the price tag isn't as small as the 500e's footprint which is clearly an issue, but more importantly than that, the rest of the Fiat lineup exists.
