Yesterday was a public holiday for us here, so Monday’s pack came today (Tuesday) to the farm so they didn’t miss out this week. They’d heard their pawrents talking about it surely, because when they turned up at the farm they definitely brought with them, the party! Out the bus and straight into Uncle Luke’s arms and then sprinting off over the big paddock hot on the tail of the mini bike! Dispersing some of that energy, but only a tiny bit … gotta save it for all the fun for the rest of the day! The doggies were in for treat today! A new and exciting activity Luke and Jason had organised. A special hunt in the bush. But which dog found the hidden treat first? 🤔 The pool session at the end of the day was so much fun. It’s very hard to tell who is having more fun, Uncle Luke or the doggies?? And today, little Elle went for a quick dip. Elle has been asking to go for a swim with the big dogs forever. Well today she was hanging by the gate, hoping, hoping that today might be the day. And today it was! Today was YoYo the shelter Staffy’s special first birthday. Happy birthday YoYo! He also graduated to first introductions to Monday’s pack today. Baby steps of course, on lead in the calm of the afternoon. But he passed with flying colours. On his way to being a farm daycare doggy with his new adopted sister Nike! Elle and Evie played with their pals at the end of the day. Three little puggies, Boxers and a big chocolate Labrador!! In their heaven those two girls. The pugs love to make the girls laugh. Especially Doug! Billie the Frenchie tried to stay back for a sleepover, but instead got a chauffeur ride to the bus with Uncle Luke. At the very end of the day, Elle settles in with dogs all around her to watch a movie.
