Capturing moments with photography - Jamnik Sunrise

Capturing unique moments with photography requires planning, patience and some luck with the weather. Twice a year not only do you get the chance to photograph the sun rising over the mountain of Storzic, a prominent peak in the Kamnik Alps mountain range of Slovenia, but also with this peak sitting right behind the beautiful church of Saints Primus and Felician, perched on a hill on the Jelovica Plateau. You can capture this event late May when the sun is moving northwards, and again in early July as it heads back south. Join me as I head out early on a summer morning to capture this event once again and hope upon hope for the perfect conditions: nice clouds around, but clear over the peak…..
