Cathy Larkman, Director at Women’s Rights Network joins Bev Turner on GBNews’ The Late Show to provide a common sense response to the shocking BBC decision to reprimand newsreader Martine Croxall, who the BBC deemed as having broken the rules of impartiality by correcting a news script on-air that referred to 'pregnant people' rather than 'pregnant women', and expressing a "personal view" with her face while doing so, in effect the BBC found Martine guilty of a "facecrime". Martine, who's worked at the BBC for 20 years, has received mass support across social media with author JK Rowling praising the newsreader, saying: "I have a new favourite BBC presenter." Cathy also discusses the disturbing and dangerous practice across many NHS maternity departments of erasing language referencing women, introduced through mandatory staff training. Cathy additionally criticises the failure of most mainstream media to honestly report news stories of serious offences committed by men who self-ID as women. #facecrime
