This place is literally across the street from Shibuya station. It's not too busy during the day, but after 10-10:30, it gets really busy and the music starts pumping. 2:03 - HUB https://goo.gl/maps/iV55xbrnxzB2 This is one of the most popular British Pubs in Tokyo. There are 5 of them in Shibuya and the one in the video is the closest one from the station. The crowd there is very young and open-minded, so you won't have trouble talking to people.
