Preheat oven to 300F (150C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. 2. In a large bowl whisk egg whites with pinch of salt. Whisk until foamy, add corn starch (If you want to add food coloring and vanilla extract add it at this stage) and gradually add sugar, keep whisking until stiff peaks form. (If you want to add food coloring and vanilla extract add it at this stage). 3. Spread egg white mixture over the parchment paper and bake for about 25-26 minutes. 4. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Notes: This bread has no taste of a real bread and to be honest, it doesn’t taste so good, it tastes Like lightly sweetened egg or omelette.
