The model includes a detailed physical layout, robot specifications, and advanced algorithms for order assignment, routing, and collision avoidance. The simulation model tracks key KPIs such as robot utilization and the number of boxes picked and placed and supports real and mock-up data to evaluate robot productivity and order handling capacity.
