I've receive a number of comments (and private messages) asking me to address this issue. And although I was reluctant to, I knew I had to do it. Racially motivated discussions, especially around real estate are difficult. But as I began looking for another homestead property, I felt hypocritical. While I may not like the fact that racism is a thing, I recognize it when searching for property for myself. I deep-dived into properties that I was interested in before moving further.
