"The world needs a monster." The origin of the legendary Dark Knight is finally revealed in an untold story that has been heard by all, but seen by none. We watch the beginnings of the final crusade, as Batman launches a war against terror, promising to become the end of evil. As the line between hero and vengeance becomes hazed, Bruce Wayne must make a life-altering choice. I'm still going to re-edit episodes 4 and 5 with new voices and additional edits) I am immensely grateful to the DCBS team for helping me along the way as I figured out what I wanted the narrative to be and how to get there. Episodes 1-3 really feel like a complete story that knows what it wants to be, which is definitely something I didn't have for the original season 1. ProbablyJosh has helped me a great deal in this. Whether it be talking to me about how I wanted Gotham to be and feel as more of a classic and European style world rather than the traditional neo-gothic aesthetic, ghostwriting a couple scenes when I was too tired to keep writing, or even being a test audience and lending voices from time to time, I appreciate all of it. I can say that Batman60 Reimagined: or The Final Crusade, would not be the same without him. GravityFilms4 was also a great help in filling in for roles last minute, no matter how demanding they may have been.
