We had a BLAST building this little guy.. the 1983 honda atc200x We picked this up roughly a year ago - and decided to do a full restoration + modification type rebuild. While doing this project we designed a invert front end suspension kit with our billet triple clamps, billet hub / axle .. allowing us to run CRF150R forks and brakes - and ofcourse the popular 10x5 atv front wheel and 23'' tire. The swingarm needed some upgrades also, the OEM adjusters just do not work great.. so i built a custom pivot bolt/ block to convert the pivot point to a normal style (modern style) with a +2 fabricated and tig welded arm... we then added all TRX450R axle components in the rear so that we had ease of chain adjustment and the ability to run all modern parts from bearing carrier to our billet anti-fade nut - and TRX brakes and hubs. we chose beadlock rear wheels along with 18'' back tires. www.bvctrikes.com check this link for more 200x products. #honda #atc #atc200x
