For more videos please visit my You Tube channel BD ENDOSCOPY    / @bdendoscopy3663   FINDINGS: OESOPHAGUS: An impacted meat bone is seen at the upper oesophagus just below the upper oesophageal sphincter. The bone is grasping by rat tooth forceps and extracted out. Pus came out from impacted area. STOMACH: Fundus, body & antrum examined. No food residue, foreign body or blood is seen. Mucosal erythemas are seen at the fundus. There is no suggestion of gastric varix. Stomach shows no polyp or tumor. Pylorus is central & shows no edema or scarring. DUODENUM: First (D1) & second (D2) part examined. No blood in the lumen. There is no suggestion of ulcer, erosion, diverticulum or duodenal scarring. No nodularity, tumor or polyp is seen. Mucosal folds in D2 are normal at endoscopy. BIOPSY: Not taken. COMMENTS: Foreign Body (meat bone) at Upper Oesophagus with Fundic Gastritis (Please see the description also) THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTION: Foreign body (Meat bone) removal done.
