DIY Leather & Walnut Handbag Purse // Leatherwork & Woodworking Project

Leather AND Walnut! Combination of my two favorite materials all wrapped up in a new every-day-carry handbag. This project can easily be accommodated to basic woodworking and leather working tools which makes it a great beginner project. The walnut wood is from a downed tree on the family farm that we cut up last fall. It’s a great feeling to be able to incorporate parts of the farm in my every day life even though I live hours away. The leather, hardware and most of the leather work tools for this project were purchased from Springfield Leather Company in Springfield, Missouri.
