Personal trainers naturally “coach”, but what we do goes far beyond reps and routines. We focus on the whole person, their mindset, their habits, their environment, their resilience. That whole‑life approach is what makes the work meaningful, and it’s what keeps us committed. Meg's passion for coaching didn’t start in a gym. It started in a secondary school, working with young people who struggled with behaviour and needed someone to believe in them. Seeing the impact that a small shift in perspective could have on a child’s confidence and choices changed everything. That moment is where this journey began.
