Description: This hike in the Kokee State Park goes to one of the best viewpoints on Kauai, and it is the easiest hike that can be used to access the more remote parts of the Na Pali Coast. Most of the trail offers no views, but at two points, you can catch some nice vistas. The trail is mostly shaded and features several fern meadows. This trail near the top is generally cooler than most of Kauai, but as you descend, it will get hotter. There are also lots of helicopters here, so you can hear them on the final ridge fly by very frequently.
