UPDATED for Patch 1.3:    • Path of Exile: Beginner's Budget Arc Witch...   Welcome to the Beginner's Guide to the Foxtactic's style Arc Lightning Witch build! In this video I give you a detailed guide to this style of play with some small changes to make it even better for new players to Path of Exile. This is a great choice for a first ever character or a first character in a new league - it's even possible to play this build self found well into maps. It's fast, high damage, flexible and fun! This character is great for beginners in the Standard leagues (softcore) including new challenge leagues and SC races. It's Hardcore mode viable but I wouldn't recommend it as a first HC build for a new player.
