Autismapps- Library of different apps available Molehill Mountain – CBT based app for helping autistic young people learn to manage anxiety In these videos, our clinicians refer to autistic children and young people. This is because studies have shown that more autistic people prefer identity first language, rather than person first language – for example ‘people with autism’. But each person is different and they may have a different preferred term, so if you’re unsure, it’s best to ask them!
