The Halloween franchise has had many ups and downs, but for fans who grew up in the late ’90s and early 2000s, Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers, Halloween H20: 20 Years Later, and Halloween: Resurrection were our entry point. In this video, I’m revisiting the Scream Factory 4K Collection (1995–2002) and talking about why upgrading from that old Blu-ray 3-pack to this definitive set meant so much as a fan. From the nostalgic AMC FearFest days, to the long wait for a true collector’s edition of Curse of Michael Myers, to Resurrection finally getting the respect of a proper release — this box set feels like validation for an often overlooked era of the franchise. If you grew up with this era of Michael Myers, you know exactly what I mean. Let’s celebrate why physical media matters, why these movies still deserve to be revisited, and why the 4K upgrade makes them feel brand new again. 👇 Tell me in the comments: What era of Halloween did you first fall in love with?
