"At the Well: The Parables of Jesus" is written by Debra Roberts and directed by Joy Rivers and E Woodring. It features an all-star cast of Bravo Bunch alumni returning to the stage to bring Jesus' Parables to life at the Central Rappahannock Regional Library in Fredericksburg, Virginia. “At the Well” follows five Jewish women who gather daily at a well, sharing stories and telling each other the parables of Jesus; all while demonstrating how Jesus' redeeming work changes lives and transforms hearts. The BRAVO BUNCH ALUMNI is a community theater group of actors who previously acted in the HOPE² theater group Bravo Bunch. The Bravo Bunch was founded in 2005 by Debra Roberts, a local teacher and playwright with a passion for theater. Over the past 20 years, the Bravo Bunch has produced 21 plays, all of which except one were written by Debra Roberts. These plays and productions aim to share the truth of the Gospel through theater, and the Bravo Bunch Alumni hopes to do the same.
