Painting this scene illustration inspired by the book "Dracula" as a cover for my art zine - from drawing to final details. How to prepare paper, my color palette, and acrylic gel mediums... This is my most complex illustration yet, and a true challenge as I paint all the characters, capture the lighting and mood I imagined. Designed as a wrap-around book cover, I also tried to keep title and other text elements in mind... I hope you like it!
