When working with Kubernetes (building Cloud Native applications) it becomes important to understand, measure, and share with others how your applications are working. This presentation includes a live (and Open Source) demo of a set of services working in Kubernetes, some common challenges, most common solutions and how a Workflow Engine can make your life easier. Mauricio is a Principal Software Engineer at Camunda (http://www.camunda.com) and a LearnK8s (http://learnk8s.io) Instructor. Mauricio has been working with Kubernetes for the last 5 years, training teams and developing cloud-native applications. In his journey, he has participated in several open-source projects including Zeebe, Jhipster, Spring Cloud, Drools, jBPM and Jenkins X. Previously, Mauricio worked at Red Hat/JBoss in the Business Automation Engineering department.
